brief
During my internship at World Vision International– a Christian non-profit organization that empowers kids and transforms lives– I had the opportunity to work as a graphic designer on the People and Communications team focusing on internal designs for the company.
Two of my major projects were to create poster and presentation designs for WVI worldwide annual Day of Prayer event, as well as a mock project creating an informative campaign in partnership with Bill Gates to strengthen Zambia’s Healthcare system.

DESIGN PROCESS-PROJECT 1
* Each year World Vision International hosts a global one-day event with all of our internal offices called Day of Prayer. Given the diverse audience tuning in from across the globe, it was crucial for these graphics to make a significant impact. They needed to reflect our branding, convey the event's theme, and evoke emotions through visuals that provide context.
* I opted to feature images from our field missions teams to authentically capture the emotions and scenes experienced on-site. The genuine joy of the children depicted in these photos played a pivotal role in bringing our message to life. Design-wise, simplicity was key to ensuring the graphics were both impactful and effective.
* I used tools in photoshop and illustrator to achieve these three final designs.
DEsign Process - project 2
* For this illustration project the objective was to highlight a Campaign in which WV cofunds a program with Bill Gates to ultimately strengthen Zambia’s Health Care System through various means. How would they make this possible? Queue the visual aid and design to do the talking for these resources that would be needed to make a change
* I aimed to design an illustration that not only conveyed information but also exuded dynamism. My vision was for the illustration to evoke a sense of unity and collective effort, depicting the entire country mobilizing together to drive change. Through teamwork and action, I sought to illustrate how these impacts would be felt across the region.
