Freelance Logos, Branding, and Apparel Design
Remote * May 2020 — Present
Brief
When my previous dance studio that I grew up at competing and performing with for 15+ years reached out about constructing two new logos, and seasonal themed apparel, I was so in. There was no where that I felt I knew more about the mission and heart behind the company than here.
I grew as an artist at this dance studio, cultivating a deep passion for dance and my own persona when it came to creating and performing. Infinity is a place where dancers come to grow their own style, train to proceed to the professional world and build foundations of skills. This rebrand needed to represent that same wind.
Along with a refresh of Inifinity’s branding, I was tasked with creating a new logo and identity for her second company ‘Common Ground’.

* Crafting minimal, dynamic, and bold typography that seamlessly translates onto apparel and signage was our goal. Collaborating closely with owner/choreographer Casia Baisa for over 3 years, we've transformed her studio's vision into reality.
* This experience has profoundly influenced my approach to client work, emphasizing the importance of storytelling and guiding projects toward improvement of the overall brand.
* Seen below, are several designs that I created for Infinity’s seasonal apparel. I was able to mockup the designs for the client, and then see them to fruition as a real produced product.

Along with the main logo and apparel design done for Infinity over the years I also created the logo and branding for her other company Common Ground the Company–a company for elite dancers, in varying stages of their dance career, coming together to create visuals in a non-competitive setting. Create.Connect.Transform.
This logo needed to represent the idea that regardless of your background, level, or realm of dance that you are in, there is a space that we can all come together to celebrate the craft and artistry that is behind it all.
